The website and digital platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) are owned, operated, and managed by M.N. Fashions & M.N. Fabrics, having its place of business at Market Road, Opposite Punjab National Bank, near Convent Junction, Ernakulam, Kerala – 682011 (hereinafter referred to as “M.N. Fashions”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

USER REPRESENTATIONS

iv. Any interruption or cessation of access to the Platform.

5.4 Any product images, descriptions, or specifications displayed on the Platform are indicative in nature. Actual products may vary based on availability, fabric batch, or customization requirements.

5.5 We maintain a reasonable grievance redressal mechanism. Any complaints or concerns may be raised using the contact details provided on the Platform, and we shall make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve such concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
